Youth from the vulnerable communities often lack the‘soft’ skills that are required to access and retain jobs in both the formal and non-formal sectors. Further still, the education system in Uganda doesn’t priorities the teaching of ‘soft’ skills.
To better prepare our beneficiary for life, and the job market, the projecttrains youth in life skills. Some of the topics covered are;

- What work is work?
- Unhealthy work Workplace ethics
- Communicating differently, when I get a Job
- Me and my ideal job
- Job searching and job interviews; what employers want and get a CV etc.
