Uganda Slum Dwellers Federation (USDA). USDA was incorporated in 2012 as a registered NGO and is fully operating in slums within Uganda. USDAs missions is to empower slum communities by imparting useful skills that betters their social wellbeing. At the same time USDA focuses on mobilizing resources to prevent HIV/AIDS, and establishing ways of reducing drug abuse and idleness among youth in slums.

St. Elizabeth Girl’s Home was established in 1998 to improve the livelihood of girls engaged in commercial sex activities, girls living on the street, girls subjected to forced labor. St. Elizabeth’s mission is to promote the survival, protection, and development of vulnerable girls by advocating for their rights, supporting the attainment of their basic needs and expanding their opportunities to live life in all its fullness.

African Youth Peace Initiative (AYPI).AYPI envisions peaceful communities where young people are fully empowered, skilled and working towards the sustainable development of Uganda, Africa, and the world at large.

Nubian Advocacy Group. The Nubian advocacy group was formed to bring all the people of the Nubian community together as one entity. The Nubians are a minority ethnic group from Upper Nile region in Sudan, who came in 1891 as mercenaries hired by Captain Frederick Lugard from the Upper Nile region of South Sudan. Eventually they resettled in Bombo where the Nubian culture, tradition and language thrived. The Nubians remain a minority with small communities scattered all over Uganda.

Kawempe Youth Center (KYC).literate communities. In promoting education, KYC provides library services, computer training and safe space to facilitate youth and children activities. KYC offers information services and other sensitization activities as part of our Health Program.
